About The Director

Sarika Kulkarni (Director)

Sarika Kulkarni is a Human Resources post graduate professional with 17 years of experience in HR; Learning & Development and Marketing. Sarika’s previous working assignment was with Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of India.

She is the founder Director of a company Exponentia Learning Solutions Private Limited. The company focuses on building capability by creating bespoke training programs and learning solutions for Small, Medium and large size Organisations.

Sarika is a trainer, facilitator and writer. Her writings have been published in leading news papers and magazines. She is regular contributor to All India Radio.
